Fall Foundations group training starts Sept 6th and ends November 21st.

They meet 2x a week on Mon/Wed & Tues/Thurs

Sessions are 75 minutes. The program includes speed/ agility, strength training, conditioning and nutrition coaching throughout. Coaches will also meet with the athlete to discuss individual goal setting to adjust the program accordingly. When you sign up, you commit to the 12 week program. Please note if you are part of DS Lacrosse you get a 10% discount! 

We start every athlete in the foundations program with bodyweight movements. Our goal is to develop proper movement mechanics to start. Only when the coach believes that the athlete is ready to add resistance will they do so. The resistance could be in the form of a band, dumbbell, medicine ball, ect. Very rarely do we use barbells with our youth athletes. 

Payments are broken up into monthly payments (every 4 weeks), they do not necessarily align with the calendar months. Youth foundations group training is $450.00 monthly. When you first register the initial deposit will go through right away. That will cover your son or daughter's first month of training here. The second and third payment hit automatically on October 6th & November 6th. Those two payments will cover the remainder of Fall training here.
